Multiple Monitors: Which monitor/video card is your "primary display"?

Mine is set up as:

Primary display #1: Leadtek Ti200, AGP, 19" monitor in the center
Secondary display #2: ATI Xpert 128, PCI, 17" monitor on the left
Secondary display #3: ATI Xpert 98, PCI, 17" monitor on the right

Does it really matter which one is the primary display?
