Multiple monitors, different resolutions and refresh rates?

I bought one of those Korean 1440p monitors that I've got running at 110hz connected to my 670 gtx. I've been trying to sell my old monitor, 1920x1200 at 60hz, but in the meantime I was wondering if I could use it as a second monitor so that I can run a full screen game on one and see the desktop/battlefield screen (I'm not sure what it's called, batle log?) on the other.

My questions are
1) can I run the two monitors off one video card with different resolutions and refresh rates?
2) will there be a performance impact on my gaming?
3) is it possible to use integrated graphics on my motherboard to power one monitor and my graphics card the other?

1) Yes

2) Yes, but very minimal

3) Not 100% sure but I doubt it...why do you ask? Just use another output on your graphics card
