Multiple Line Outs on one PC

Does anyone know about the feasibility of putting more than one audio output on an mp3 jukebox pc? Id like to keep costs down and supply multiple outputs so that the varied tastes of the end-users might be stored and enjoyed simultaneously but separately through headphones. Really the truth is that neither I nor my classmates want to listen to anyone elses music but we want to have a collective MP3 jukebox that will function without separate clients for each of us so we can consolidate our music libraries.

So you want to sit in a room at one PC and all plug headphones in so you can listen to different songs at the same time??

Yeah... this seems like a lot of work...

Maybe one of you can listen from the music server and the other can stream the songs to their computer via network and listen to them on their own computer?
