Multiple Lan connections

I am running windows xp pro. I have two network cards, and two brodband internet connections. I also have two lan connections setup and working and enabled.
I want IIS, the NT equivalent of PWS to use "connection #1" and everything else (browser, icq, msn, etc.) to use "connection #2"
How can I assign different connections to different applications?

is there sometyper of program i could get? Kindof like if you have dual processor and you assign cpu1 and cpu2 to certain applications through task manager

That's a basic setup. I'm sure that if you dig into it you can use a combination of iptables marking packets and route to do exactly what you want.
