Multiple kinects in the same room

Having trouble finding a solution to this. Is there a way to voice train or otherwise have one kinect ignore commands while talking to the other one? Son and I game in the same large room and I want to stream twitch and control my xbox for videos/etc while not affecting his. I know IOS has voice recognition for Siri. Is there anything remotely similar for Xbox so when I issue commands to the kinect it doesn't do the same for the one he is logged onto and vice versa?

No, you're out of luck on that. Go watch a Microsoft conference where they talk about Xbox with your console on. You'll learn really quickly that the Kinect's voice stuff is kind of a pain if you're not alone.

Isn't there an option in the settings to turn it off? If not then you'll just have to disconnect it.

Don't want to turn it off. I want multiple kinects to recognize different voices so they both dont trigger with a generic "xbox record that". Apple does it with Siri, should be possible with the processing power behind the XB1....
