Multiple Homepages with shortcut on desktop

Ok, I know that its possible to set up mozilla with multiple tabs for different sites, and make all three home pages that open when the browser is open, but I need it even easier than that.

What I need is to be able to put multiple ICONS on the desktop, and rename them for the individual desktops. Sort of like a favorites, right on the desktop with icons instead of a list.

Is there any way to do something like this. This way I could make the desktop the "favorites window"

Thanks.
Mark

Absolutely, and it doesn't matter what browser you're using.

Add the site to your favorites. Go into the favorites list, drag the one you want to the desktop.

However it wont do the multiple tabs thing, it's one page per icon.

I'm not at my pc but can't you save the current session and put that on your desktop so it will open the same tabs at load?
