Multiple hard drive OS question

Is there any disadvantage to running my raptor drive with the Windows 7 installed on it and then installing some of the programs to another drive since the raptor is only 80gigs? I have always installed all of my programs on the OS drive in the past. Thanks!!!

I don't really see any general disadvantages, other than any hassles with organization, or if any particular programs have the c:\program files folder hard coded. Lots of people put their game installs on separate drives.

In your case, you might be losing some of the speed/performace advantages of the raptor though.
