Multiple Geforce2 cards issue

I have a Geforce2 GTS 32MB AGP (prophet2 gts 32mb hercules) and a Visiontek Geforce2 MX 32MB PCI. I have problems running both cards due to a driver issue. They will overwrite each others files messing everything up. Why can't they work?

Well, um...
1) Why use both in the same machine?
2) If the reference drivers don't take, chances are the BIOS is different. FI, my ELSA GLADIAC won't take anything but the ELSA dets now.

Because I have a multiple monitor setup.
