Multiple errors

Hi, I just built my mates PC on this spec:, Generic 300w ATX case, ABIT KR7A, Athlon 1100, 256 DDR crucial ram, 40GB Maxtor HDD, CD writer. basic soundcard, Ge2 MX 200 AGP.

Problems have been: Himem.sys errors drivers not loaded, scandisk continually finding errors, Grim fandango crashing to desktop, PC restarts itself. The errors often (Himem in particular) happen twice after being left overnight & then the PC is usually ok all day!

I have swapped the Ram & cpu with my own ones, as they are working perfectly, but this hasn't helped, I am now suspecting the PSU as being the culprit particulary as the PC only seemed to crash Grim Fandango when it was overclocked, and the himem error seemed to have stopped since I swapped my ram, although his ram has been error free on my O/ced Athlon 1.2 (running at 1.46)

Any ideas on this one guys?
