multiple email/user accounts on a computer????

My mom and sister need to use the same pc now... i've looked around outlook 2k and there doesn't seem to be a multiple user setting anymore🙁 i seem to remember being able to log in separate accounts for outlook 98. 🙁 Don't think im going back to 98 though, so what can one do?? i don't want them to be using one user account with multiple email accounts.. they would see each others mails and it would be a horrible mess. Am i forced to install another email program like nutscrape?
