Hey guys, I am just curious as to whether I can somehow either
A) Disbale the firewall on my RP114 (Netgear router)
B) Enter Multiple DMZ's
C) Forward Ports in order to simulate a DMZ

The reason I am trying to do this is that I have 2 X-Boxes here and I am trying to get them both on LIVE. I have successfully managed to get one on but there seems to be only 1 option for DMZ and it is needed in order to gett hat 1 on there.

Thanks in advance!

In order to have multiple DMZ you need multiple External IPs, and a Router like the SMC 7004vbr that was designed to use multiple IPs on the DMZ.

Ok, that makes sense... but home come when I am playing... Counter Strike for example... I can have 4 people all online playing using the RP114. Now I just want to conect 2 x-boxes and play on Live at the same time... is this possible with this router?

I have just figured it out... and I will post this for anyone who is googling to find out how to hook 2 xboxes up to a rp114... First off you must go thorugh the procedures set off by netgear... open the ports 88 and 3074... and you must also enter in the correct filters... these can also be found on the netgear site... http://kbserver.netgear.com/kb_web_files/n100981.asp after setting up these filters you must then follow the instructions from this webpage--> http://www.apritch.myby.co.uk/xbox.htm in order to activate these filters properly. (3 lines just above "Router Solution")

This should get one of your x-boxes online and working. Don't forget to set yor IP's for your xboxes manually.

The next step you must go into your web based interface for your browser and set your DMZ to the other x-box. Power cycle the router and reset the x=boxes and you should be good to go.
