Multiple computers over @home

I have a computer in my house, acting as a DHCP server running Windows 2000 ICS. This computer is hooked up to the home network, of about 6 computers, and @home.

Is there a way I can set it up so that a friend of mine, that also has @home, shows up on my network from his house?
