The first one is for the local administrator.
The second on is for the AMD 3200 administrator account.
The third on is for the same account, but something changed such as unjoined the domain or rejoined, so it created a new profile. Same user name, but a new SID somewhere in the chain. Hence the addition of .000. If the same user had a new SID and logged on, they would get a new profile store appended with .001. Also, I think you get the same results if you login as the domain user and then from another account use USMT to move an account on that machine or a tape restore.
