Any multiplayer from the same console rpg's? Picked up eternal sonata and so far it's been fun. Online ones won't work because we only have one PS3
 
Borderlands is an FPS RPG. Pretty fun game is you can deal with fps split screens.

Trine is a downloadable game which is a really fun co-op/puzzle platformer game.

Castle Crashers is also very fun for up to 4 people on a single console.

Army of Two is also a fun co-op game but not really an RPG, unless you call unlocking guns and gun parts to make better guns an RPG at all.
