Multimedia Networking on the cheap?

I have an 802.11 B/G router from my ISP what is the easiest/cheapest way to play audio and video from my 2 networked pc on my TV's and or Stereos..... is there a cheap way to homebrew something like a Slingbox?

Hmm. Having the Wireless Router for such a task is like having a single Ferrari Wheel and thinking about building a Ferrari car around it.

Once you have a slingbox gizmo (or something similar) that it is Wireless compatible, the Wireless Router can save you the connection cable to your Network.

100% answer is modded xbox... i've tried the media MVP - the interface is clunky and it was impossible to stream vid over wireless. maybe in a year or 3 they will work out some kinks.

i have 2 modded xboxes and they are the best moeny i ever spent.
