Multimedia Keyboard Play Button

Hey all,
Can someone point in the direction of operations that would occurs when I press the play button on a logitech multimedia keyboard (specifically Logitech MX Duo Keybaord). I'm mainly interested in changing the play button (which currently opens iTunes) to open and start playing music in WMP instead. I have a feeling its something in the registry but i can't find anything on google yet (though i'm still looking).
