multimedia audio controller driver?

I have reinstalled win xp and now i have no sound, i need the drivers for the multimedia audio controller for sound, any ideas to where i can get this driver?

I have a creative labs sound audigy gamer card w/ albatron kx400 mobo?

Hey, first time here. I just recently installed XP pro on an HP Pavilion with onboard sound and am having the same problem. No sound. Tells me there is no audio device installed. I have searched the HP site for drivers with no luck. Any ideas ????

Could be there is no device. If there is, there should be a driver disk with the PC. HP's are notorious for being not quite a true clone.
