Multilingual Software (freeware if possible)

OK...here's the deal. I have to create a website in the next couple of weeks with English, Spanish, and French on it. The only problem is that I only speak American. Does anyone know how I might be able to create this website (going to have quite a few pages on it) and provide multiple languages without having to do the translations myself or making me go broke? Thanks.

I know Dell's website has like every country in the world 'almost' listed on their site and I've got to offer 3 little languages. I don't know the best way to get this done other than to pay someone to do it...but just figured that someone would have loaded a large database of words and phrases.... If anyone knows of a program or another means of getting this done, I'm all ears.

It looks like it's gonna get the job done.

I'd suggest that you have someone who is fluent in french and spanish look over the translations before going live with it. None of the translation software I have used works 100%.
