Im looking at new boards and I have two 8800GTS 320's. Im wanting a great board to OC, I have my eyes on the Gigabyte DS3P, For a 680i board I like the EVGA. Both boards around $160. I know the P35 will clock better but how is the SLI performance in comparison to the 680i? Which board you think would be better? Im pairing with a E4400.

Then why do most P35 boards have expansion slots for extra video cards? And which SLI board would be the best overclocker?

Some are setup for ATI Crossfire. Only the NVidia chipsets will run SLI. NVidia has not licensed it to other vendors.
