multifunction printer for small business

My father has a small repair business and i recently gave him my old P2 266 for his shop use. It does not have a fax or printer, 2 things he would have a need for. A possible solution would be a multifunction printer with printer/fax/copier ability. Speed is not a priority, but reliablitity and ease of use is, as this is his first computer. Would this be a good purchase? We'd like to keep it under $200 also.
