Multifunction laser recommendation

So my usual searches (google and newegg) seem to only show $500 printers. Here's what I want in order of priority:

Laser output
Multifunction (mainly the copy/scan- fax isn't necessary)
Wireless
Built-in duplexer

Is there anything out there that *isn't* $500? All I've got is the Brother MFC-8890dw and the Lexmark X364DW.

I'm happy with my HP CM2320nf which was $500. It does twice as much as my HP 2840 that cost $900.

If you can do without the wireless then you can find plenty for less then $500.
