MultiDisplay Question

So I just picked up a nice 24" LCD to serve as a second display for my laptop and I am finding that it would be very useful to have a hot key sequence which would move a window from one display to the next.

Is this already built in to WindowsXP in some way?
If not, can it be setup in some easy way?
Finally, are there any nifty utilities/programs that I should be aware of for use with multidisplay setups?

Ultramon is a program that will allow you to assign hotkeys to functions like that
