multi tasking sucks

wash coffee mug

dry with paper towel

fill plastic cup with water

go back in office

drop paper towel in trash can

except it was my cup of water...😕

I do similar stuff with jar/bottle caps/lids

Like I'll go to my tea kettle open it up put lid on counter. Get bottle of water, put cap on counter, fill tea kettle. Then I try placing the bottle cap on top of the tea kettle and get all confused

how is washing a coffee mug and getting a plastic cup of water not separate tasks?


and i do this a lot also, when im thinking about too many things at once. many times milk ended up in the cupboard and cereal in the fridge.
