multi monitors on photoshop

I design on a laptop at work, and it has a 9600 pro so it can do dual display with the lcd at work. So when I leave and goto single desktop mode on the road, well when I use photoshop the option windows are on the other monitor, and I can't get to them. I've tried cascading windows and reset palette locations and even switcing my rez to 1900x1200 (that used to work) to get to the option windows. Can't do it now, I got ultramon but dont know how I'd do it with it because it's not in dual mode. Any ideas on how to get these option windows back?
