Multi monitors for flight simulator 2000

Has anyone set up the different views in fs2000 in to five or so monitors? I am trying to set up going from left to right..LEFT - LEFT FRONT - FRONT - RIGHT FRONT - RIGHT. I have only started messing with it and so far the key seems to be in docking and undocking the windows. I thought if someone had been through it already it may save time. thnks
