Multi-monitor questions.

Anyone have any experience with putting two Nvidia cards in one system? I've been told by certain people that Nvidias MM support is terrible and wondering what the general consensus was.

Also as far as gaming goes ie games like CS/Q3 what happens to the second non primary monitor when a game is started? Is there any way for me to surf the net etc when I am playing these games ie when I'm waiting for the next round to start?

Or is there no way unless I alt-tab out?

I'm using a GeForce3 and a Voodoo3 so I can't help you with your first question.

If games don't support dual monitors the second monitor should be turned off before playing.

Given that nVidia has TwinView technology (multiple diplays from a single card), I would doubt that there support of multiple cards would be that bad. I have a TwinView card and everything seems fine here.
