Multi-Monitor & Persistent Windows

I have 6 monitor setup that's being used to display information in a lobby. Is there a program out that that can launch specific applications and browser windows and snap them to specific screens when the computer turns on?

The video card that's being used is a VisionTek Radeon HD 7870.
