Multi File rename under winXP

example:

lets say i have a bunch of jpegs that i want to use winXPs multi file rename feature on.
So i select all the files i want to rename and label them as "Example - "

the default end result it a list of files like this:

Example - (1).jpg
Example - (2).jpg
Example - (3).jpg
Example - (5).jpg etc........

But want i would really like to have instead would be:

Example - 01.jpg
Example - 02.jpg
Example - 03.jpg
Example - 04.jpg ............etc

Is there a way to get the numbering like that. Using a numbering format like 01, 02, 03, instead of (1), (2), (3)?
