Multi-Display Options

Say I have two graphics cards, each having 2 DVI outputs (SLI/CF)
I have one 19" (4:3) monitor already with native resolution of 1280x1024.
Say I want two more monitors, what are my options regarding their sizes, resolutions, and aspect ratio.

For example: if I purchase a 22" monitor with a native resolution of 1980x1050 and a 26" monitor with a native resolution of 1920x1220 will all three monitors be able to display their native resolutions when connected to the PC at the same time? Basically.. I'm just asking "will it work out?" How will Windows treat this? Will the SLI/Crossfire drivers accept this?

Now I have no plans of making such a monster multi-display..I was just wondering if it's possible.
Also (more likely): instead, if I get two 19" each with 1440x900 native resolutions, would the three displays work out?

Next: I'm assuming 3 displays all the same size and resolutions would obviously work out?

First up: Your 19" monitors are 5:4, not 4:3, and 22" monitors are 1680x1050, not 1920.

But then: Yes of course, you can run multiple monitors in independent resolutions. You exactly DON'T use crossfire or SLi in that scenario - you use the 'heads' independently.

Peter, Crossfire can use two monitors (but not three). It's just SLI that's limited to one monitor only.
