Multi Channel (Audio) MPEG-2 editor

I finally found out about clear QAM (For those that want to know I am on Charter Communications and I get about 20 Clear QAM Channels) and I have been recording all of my favorite shows in HD (I have a Hauppauge HVR-1800 OEM) and I now need a program to let me edit the files and keep Both of the audio tracks. I am currently using Womble MPEG-2 Video Wizard DVD and it only lets me select one of the two audio tracks but I want to keep both of them (Why I don't know:biggrin🙂 I also have been using HandBrake to then encode the files into MKV files, which works perfectly
I just need a good MPEG-2 video editor that will let me maintain all of the audio tracks
and yes I googled it and all I got was some weird pages with my keyword in them and a bunch of non related software
Thanks

Define "edit". If you just want to remove commercials, I still recommend MPG2CUT2. It's a bit of a weird interface - buttons represent keys; see the readme to learn what they do - but it works well for me.

If, on the other hand, you want to resize the video as well (e.g. from HD to DVD size), you'll need something else. Maybe extract the extra track with VirtualDubMod and add it in later with whatever you're using to make the DVD?
