Sometimes YUMI doesn't support all ISOs and can be buggy at times. So I prefer the physical option myself:

The first one is a USB flash drive, just copy ISOs on it and go.

The second one is an enclosure for 2.5" drives. It also emulates a virtual optical drive and can be used as just an external hard-drive. Same thing, copy ISOs to it and go. I prefer this one myself, more flexibility, larger storage and faster speeds. Also cheaper.

I really appreciate the suggestions, I ended up using YUMI-2.0.1.0.exe (PenDrivelinux) and after some testing everything works! Nice
If I run into issues I will go with ISOStick
