This is a molten chocolate cake in a mug. Mix & then nuke in the microwave. Comes out pretty good! Would recommend with vanilla ice cream. I tried to kill it on my own, but it needs two hungry people if it's a post-dinner dessert. Just be sure to follow her instructions, especially:
* Room-temp milk & egg
* Don't push the chocolate pieces down (they sink, so if you do, they'll melt on the bottom instead of the middle)
* Don't forget to pour the tablespoon of water on top
* Visually check the surface texture per her instructions to ensure that it's done (time varies by microwave model/power)
I used one of those wide soup mugs you get at the grocery store, like this:

Awesome! I've been looking for a good mug cake recipe for ages. Most of them turn out rubbery & nasty. I'd definitely make this again! Next step is to add some protein powder :hmm:
