A Honda OEM muffler for a '95 VTEC 2dr manual is $140-180. Where can I get a stainless bolt-on (not loud) for a good price????
Thanks!

Hate to say this, but if your muffler need replacing then there is a very good chance that the rest of your exaust piping is going as well. At least that has been my experience. Almost any independant shop that specialises in imports should be able to get you an OE equivalent for about half the OE price based on my experience in my area (NW Ohio). Your mileage may vary, of course.

EDIT: Grammar, coffee's losing its effectiveness.

Ok, good point.
Any places that have GOOD prices on systems from manifold or cat back?

Can't help you on where to go, I'd say to get reccommendations from people who live near you. I will say that you should stay away from Midas. Midas cat back, "el cheapo" exaust: $460. Honda OE exaust (cat back): $450. Honda OE equivalent exaust (cat back): $275. These were prices on my 1988 Accord. My parents did the Midas thing right when I got my license (1998) without comparing the Midas price to the other two. Early this summer, my muffler detached itself from the main pipe because the pipe had rusted through. I should have had at least 2 more years out of that system. Stupid expensive junk.
