The title of my article:

ANTICYBERSQUATTING CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT AND THE UNIFORM DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY: SANCTITY IN A SEA OF CYBERPIRATES OR SIMPLY MUDDING THE WATER?


Mudding the water? How do i say this? It dosen't sound right (probably because it isn't)
