My pc was crashing constantly, I took out one memory module, it worked fine, used the other, crashed. I figured I'd just loose a module, but decided to look on OCZ's site. They had a lifetime warranty!
I give them a call, I talk to Sean, who tells me they can RMA it, but they will also upgrade me to PC2700 for free because they don't support PC2400 anymore.
Sent my 2 modules in about Wednesday of last week, took it a few days to get there. 2 days later, I find my package on the porch. Works perfect! Another fine example of a good company =]
