Much difference between 2-2-2-6-T1 and 2-3-3-6-T1 RAM?

Is there a big difference between the 2-2-2-6-T1 and 2-3-3-6-T1 timings when overclocking a computer?
The 2-3-3-6-T1 could probably be run more agressively and at the lower latency timings of the 2-2-2-6-T1 chip.

There is a big difference in price between the two sticks of ram being about $40-45 for the Corsair XMS PC3200C2 and the Corsair XMS PC3200LL.

No, the first Cas number and the 1T is what's important, I've never noticed those two 3's in there do anything performance wise, maybe a small boost in sandra but very small.

ps: Low Latency Ram will be the better overclocker of the two options.

Not true, I know T set to 2 from 1 cuts memory performance up to 10 percent on the KT333 chipset. There's a noticible difference in Cas 2.5 to 2.0 gaming as well.

There is almost no difference in performance, not even close to 1% in sandra, and sandra usually has almost no real world relevance. My RAM won't work at 2-2-2-5-1T much above 333Mhz, but at 2-3-3-6-1T I can get it up a good 40-50Mhz faster.
