MTU on Router

What should i set my MTU to. I notice it's at the default 1500 now but sometimes i have to enable or disable it to get some websites to work.

nevermind i think 1472 should work.

The setting in the Router should be 1500.

The setting in Windows TCP/IP stack should be accroding to the type of connetion.
