So right now I have a G2 and a MT4G and I'm trying to decide which one to keep. I like the G2 because it has stock android which hopefully means faster official updates and it also has a fantastic screen on it which I think a lot of people have overlooked. However since they got perm root I don't care much about stock android anymore because I'm guessing CM will be out for both phones and I can just go with that.
The MT4G is a really nice phone as well and I'm leaning towards it but the phone I got has pretty bad viewing angles. I assume the G2 has an ips panel and the MT4G has a TN panel, but I wanted to see if any other MT4G owners have noticed this? Do the colors look washed out at angles on your MT4G? I notice it especially from the top down angle. It's really the only thing I like better about the G2 right now and I'm not really a keyboard person anyway, so I was wondering if other MT4G owners have seen the same thing or not, maybe I just got a unit with a crap screen?
