A friend is trying to print onto some odd paper in a particular spot in Microsoft Word, and for some reason when I setup the margins, the text in the body is cutoff (viewable in print-preview) although it should be correct according to MSWord.
First, here is the layout of the type of paper I'm using. I have no idea what it's called so I just use a custom setting in page setup.

I need to have the printout in the box (the page is actually boxed so the margins need to be a tiny bit farther than the box) and the red spots are where the paper is hole punched to be put in a binder.
Now, I setup my page to be 10.63" x 11.63" with a 3" left margin and a 1" right margin.
The text when printed out or viewed in print preview is cut off by about an inch or two. Here is an example:

Here's my .doc file if you want to mess around with it.

Any suggestions on how to get the page to print the whole thing?
Thanks.
