MSNBC Investigates

Does anyone watch MSNBC Investigates? Around 11pm and later, MSNBC channel shows some pretty damn interesting documentaries on prisons and the system. Interviewing inmates and what they go through each day. I've always been intruiged by the justice system and correctional facilities, so this show really r0x my c0x.

There's this white inmate who's hardcore.. They interviewed him and he says that gangsters these days are a disgrace. Gangsters are about making money and being respected. Not to shoot someone, carjacking just to go on a joyride. Old school gangsters don't kill cops, or innocent people. =\

Maybe you should try to experience it from the inside.

EDIT: wasn't intentionally trying to say what I think I just said

You mean the one on San Quentin? Or the one on San Quentin? Maybe you've seen the one on San Quentin? Sometimes they show Pelican Bay and then they back that up with a show on Pelican Bay. Maybe if they showed more than two freakin prison specials, it would be interesting.Yet I continue to watch in fascinted horror.Kinda like a car wreck.

Seriously, that show is outstanding. They never get preachy or political, they actually present the facts as they are. Like the prison shows; they never get into who is innocent or why the government lets these animals live like they do. They just tell it like it is,which is refreshing in this day and age.

One of the better shows was the one on forensic specialists. They show this woman out in L.A. go into this house that was filled practically to the ceiling with trash and the dude was dead for a good while. So long that he asploded in his bed. They had to literally climb a montain of crap just to drag his remains out. Really interesting stuff.

Serial killer episodes are really good too.

I think this show is grossly underrated. You get a fascinating view on some things you never thought you'd catch yourself watching.

Peace
