msn space help! thx

I didn't know where else to post this. No forum seems to fit this category.
Here is the problem. (a friend of mine has the problem actually)

1. she cannot view any photo on photo album on msn space. all she can see is the little camera icon.

2. i told her to try firefox, but it didn't work either.

so i now suspect that this is a networking setting issue perhaps? or perhaps firewall setting?
can anyone please shed some light on this.

Run MS Antispyware/Spybot/Adaware, check the HOSTS file, try Opera, learn to post in the correct forum.
