Hi Guys,
I have been trying to install msn remote record service but it keeps on failing on me. I have the latest updates for messenger and MCE 2005. I even restarted my computer fresh and the same thing happens. The error i get is that "the installation of remote record service has failed." and "There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package." "A program run part of the setup did not finish as expected"

I have been looking everywhere for this problem but have not found a solution. This is a machine that i've built. I have an ATI 9500 Pro, ATI 550 theater, ASUS A7N8X Deluxe, 2.08 GHZ, 256 RAM, MICROSOFT REMOTE, and MCE 2005 SP2.
I gets fustrating because this worked on my other machine. It's just that i bought a media center case for this new one.
