MSN Messenger v5 Customer Experience Improvement

I just installed Messenger v5 and I am VERY annoyed with the "Customer Experience Improvement Program" banner across the top. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I installed a great add-on, Messenger Plus!, but that didn't give an option for removing this link.
 
I just clicked on it and then did the option not to take part in the improvement program(I think I hit cancel or something), anyway after that it doesn`t appear again.
