MSN Messenger question

Hi all

When I hopen my MSN Messenger version 4.6 (4.6.0082) it appears allways in the C:\Windows\Temp folder a text document named "links" that says:

<?xml version="1.0"?><msn-data><RefreshLogin>False</RefreshLogin><RefreshInterval>10080</RefreshInterval></msn-data>

If I close the program (MSN) and delete this text file and hopen again this file appear again.
I already uninstalled and installed the MSN but but the file return to the windows\temp again.
My OS is windows 98se.
If anybody knows what this text document is, please let me know.

Regards Fred

Sorry for my English 🙂
