MSN Messenger 7.5 emoticons

Hey guys

I recently changed PC's, but obviously have none of my custom emoticons now... I found a folder under Documents and Settings\<My username>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger that appears to be where Messenger stores such stuff, but despite copying it from my older PC to the one I'm using now, I'm still not able to use any of my custom emoticons. I looked into whether you could simply export\import them, but no such luck...

Does anyone know how to do this? 😕
 
Under one of those numbered folders in that path you mentioned, there is a custom emoticons folder. Inside of which there are a load of TFRXX.dat files, these are basically resized and renamed gif files done by messenger. Copy these files, rename *.gif and re-import them from file in messenger. Ugly way of doing it, but I've not seen something which can transfer them yet.
