Not entirely, but the latinamerican version (I live in Argentina) lacks some of the best features, like Bejeweled, Checkers and lots of side tabs... wtf?!?
 
Launch Site is not yet available for all locales. Same with tabs. Download the English version, register your Passport as US, and enjoy...
