If you select "shortest" instead of "quickest" you get a better route, but you still have to visit the UK first. Maybe they have a sponsorship deal with Microsoft.

Edit: Wow. The estimated time for the "quickest" route that takes you all over the place is 4 hours less than for the "shortest" route.

The Wife and I are looking for a house and got some directions off a yahoo site (it was linked from the realtor). It showed you taking a street off the end of another strett, which was a freaking cul-da-sac!

I like the java based interface. It seems to work so much better than any of ther other ones.
