I am considering switching to MSN internet to get that best buy shopping spree deal.

any opinions or stories pertaining to MSN internet access?
 
I have it and love it!!! Seriously, it's really fast, much faster than any other ISP I've had before. I love them!!! Though most people will say that they suck. Works for me, though.
 
How long is the contract? Do you really want to be stuck on a dial-up contract for another 2-3 years? Have you thought of going broadband?

Just a few questions to think about before you make a decision. IMHO the software that comes with the MSN Internet stuff, MSN Explorer 6.0 or something like that, really sucks. Creating a DUN cuts the hastle of configuring MSN Explorer 6.0.
 
ATT Worldnet, even the cheap version with the small banner, has been faster for me than MSN was, and the news server seems to keep messages longer.
 
thats the only thing thats holding me back is the contract length.

i don't know what type of broadband is available here or how much.
