MSN Dollars: Does anyone have any contact info?

Hi,

I made a couple of purchases through the MSN Wallet on Office Max's site and my purchase information didn't show up. The dates are all there, but the amounts are missing, so I have no MSN Dollars alloted to me for those transactions. I tried calling Office Max and they have no idea what to do. I looked for info to contact someone with MSN Dollars and I can't find anything. I'm wondering if anyone has any contact info or better yet, if they have an idea of what I should do to get my purchases to show up under my MSN Wallet.

Yeah right.. They say that MSN Dollars takes the hassle out of shopping. The only thing that it's good for is the free money, but it's certainly more of a hassle.

Yes, I have had problems with both OM and CC. I had to call both OM and CC as I had no way of contacting MSN. I still have no satisfactory resolution.

I made purchases at OM and CC both, and they both show up in my MSN Wallet.

Thats a link to the FAQ for MSN Dollars, and beside it is a link to Chat with an online shopping assistant. Maybe they can help, or at least can give you information on who you should contact?

Thanks for posting the link liQice. I contacted someone and they said that some of the later purchases need to be updated around the 15th. If it hasn't shown up by then, she said to contact them back. I guess I can wait a few days and then they'll run out of excuses (hopefully).

Sheesh.. I've contacted MSN Wallet 3 times now and still don't have this resolved. What a PITA! I'm about to say forget it. If I don't get my $60, so be it. I'm tired of putting time and effort into clearing this crap up. Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, how did you get it resolved?

Yea, I've had similar problems. The chat is next to useless.

My solution?

I returned $500 worth of purchases to Circuit City and forgot about MSN dollars.
