MSN Chat only supports Windows 95 and later. It does not support Windows 3.1 or Unix at this time.

Aint thatta proprietary POS software....It dont work on Unix.

Because its Microsoft! I always thought they did everything in their power to support ALL Operating Systems......Dont they??
 
i know that in geek communities it is different, but seriously, unix users who would use MSN chat are a very very very very small minority.

I would be suprised if it doesn't use ActiveX. If that's the case, then you wouldn't be able to use it.
